About Galerie des Modernes
Galerie des Modernes has been directed by Vincent Amiaux since the end of 2023. Co‑founded in 1998 by Vincent Amiaux and his former partner, the gallery first opened on Paris Rive Droite with a focus on French Masters from 1910 to 1940, before expanding its scope to encompass 20th‑century pictorial art more broadly.
After joining the Carré Rive Gauche in 2012, the gallery moved in 2016 to its current two‑level, 100 m² space at 13 rue des Saints‑Pères, 75006 Paris. Vincent Amiaux holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and a Master’s in Art History; a specialist in Cubism, he has contributed to research on Albert Gleizes. He is joined by Audrey Mione, who entered the gallery in 2016 and holds an MBA from ICART with a specialisation in Modern Art.
Galerie des Modernes is a member of the Comité Professionnel des Galeries d’Art (CPGA) and the Association du Carré Rive Gauche, and regularly participates in international fairs and events, including BRAFA in Brussels.
